Thanks for the e-mail. Actually, your e-mail was the first I have heard of the meeting on Mon. Nov. 9th.

Where is the meeting on Monday being held?

I also, cc'd you on my e-mail to Quincy Styke of the State of TN (TDEC). I gave him an update odor log that I have been keeping and described the odor as it is happening tonight, which in my recollection, has been the strongest odor to date that I have experienced since I began noticing the odor last Fall (2008).
